What type of dogs are accepted?
All dogs are welcome, regardless of size or breed.
Can I accommodate more than one dog in the room?
Traveling with more than one friend? No problem, at Casa Albets you can accommodate more than one dog in the same room, just let us know.
What is the price of this service?
For only €18 per night and per dog, your companion will enjoy a luxurious stay including a bed and bowls for their comfort.
Why do you charge for the pet-friendly service?
We are delighted to accommodate our furry friends, however, this entails an extra cost in room preparation, cleaning of both common areas and rooms, and personalized attention.
In which areas can my dog be?
Our hotel is open for dogs to enjoy in all areas, except in the pool area because the law doesn’t allow us. Very close to the hotel, there is a natural pond where dogs can swim.
Can I let them loose?
In outdoor areas, yes, but inside the hotel, dogs must be leashed to ensure everyone’s safety.
Can I leave them alone in the room?
Your companion cannot stay alone in the room (besides some exceptions). If you need to, you could leave them alone in the room with a baby monitor-type camera. The easiest thing is to make a WhatsApp video call. However you should be in the hotel (to be able to go get them if necessary).
Can they enter the restaurant?
Yes, you can enjoy dinner with your friend.
What happens if my dog damages any installation?
The owners of the animals will be responsible for any damage that may occur during the stay, both to the furniture and to third parties.
Can I bathe my dog?
We have a designated area for this purpose. It is not allowed to wash any animal in the bathroom (sinks, bathtubs, and showers).
Should I pick up the poops?
Yes, as a responsible owner, you must pick up your dog’s poops in all hotel areas.
